The main content of the project

The integrated declaration items are mainly to sort out the original customs declaration items and the original inspection and quarantine declaration items. 1. Integrate the original customs declaration and inspection declaration data.

Based on the opinions of various ministries and commissions, customs declaration associations, and some customs declaration enterprises, the original customs declaration form and the original inspection and quarantine declaration form declaration items were sorted and integrated in accordance with the principle of "according to laws and regulations, eliminating complexities and simplifying", and merged Common items, delete rarely used items, streamline the total of 229 cargo declaration data items in the original customs declaration and inspection declaration form to 105, greatly reducing the number of enterprise declaration items.

The new version of the customs declaration form after integration is based on the 48 items of the original customs declaration form, adding part of the original inspection content to form a new customs declaration form printing format with 56 items. This integration optimizes the layout structure of import and export goods declaration forms and entry and exit goods filing lists. The layout is changed from vertical to horizontal, which is closer to the style of internationally recommended customs declarations, and all paper documents are in common printing.
